There are three types of Proprietary
Club shares corresponding to particular seasons:
- "A" Share with use during the benefit weeks of March, April and May.
- "B" Share with use during the benefit weeks of October, November,
December, January and February.
- "C" Share with use during the benefit weeks of June, July, August and
September.
There is great flexibility in your Proprietary
Club share. You can opt to use it, lend it, sell it or even use it as
collateral in your other business plans. An "A" and "B" shareowner has two
(2) fixed weeks (fortnightly) within the specified months in which he may
stay at a Luxury Villa. While a "C" shareowner has one (1) week within the
specified months.
